Great hardware, minor learning curve
The build quality is excellent and the buzzers feel responsive. It took us about 15 minutes to figure out how to switch between the 8-group and 50-group modes, but once set, it ran smoothly. The battery life lasted through our entire 6-hour corporate event.

Good value for the price
For the cost, you get a lot of functionality. The screen is bright and clear. I deducted one star because the instruction manual could be more detailed regarding advanced settings, but customer support was helpful when I reached out.

Best investment for our game show podcast

Exceeded expectations

Robust and reliable
I've used wired systems before that were a nightmare to manage. This wireless setup is a breath of fresh air. The buttons have a nice tactile feel, and the scoreboard updates instantly. We tested it with 20 teams simultaneously with no issues.

Perfect for our school trivia night!
We bought this for our annual high school quiz bowl and it worked flawlessly. The range is impressive, reaching across the entire gymnasium without any signal drops. Setting up the groups was intuitive, and the large display is easy to read from the back of the room.
Q: Can this system work outdoors for a field day event?
A: Yes, the wireless RF technology works well outdoors. However, please note that direct sunlight might make the LED display slightly harder to read, and rain should be avoided as the units are not waterproof.
Q: Is it possible to reset the scores without turning the power off?
A: Absolutely. There is a dedicated 'Reset' button on the main control panel that allows you to clear all current scores instantly while keeping the system powered on and ready for the next round.
Q: What happens if two people press the buzzer at the exact same time?
A: The system has a high-precision processor that registers inputs in milliseconds. In the extremely rare event of a simultaneous press within the same millisecond, the system will register both and indicate a tie on the display.
Q: Does this support custom team names on the display?
A: The current model displays numerical scores and group numbers (e.g., Group 1, Group 2) on the three-digit LED screen. It does not support alphanumeric custom team names on the hardware display itself.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge the buzzers and the main display?
A: Both the handheld buzzers and the main scoreboard unit typically take about 2 to 3 hours to reach a full charge, providing up to 10 hours of continuous active use.
