A: Yes, each unit undergoes factory calibration. An ISO-traceable calibration certificate can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

Q: What is the cable length included with the unit?

A: The standard unit comes with a 2-meter shielded cable. Custom lengths up to 10 meters can be requested at the time of order for an additional fee.

Q: Can this sensor be embedded directly into wet concrete?

A: While the sensor is waterproof (IP67), it is designed to monitor the ambient air temperature and humidity within the curing environment, not to be embedded directly inside the concrete mix itself.

Q: Does it support Wi-Fi connectivity out of the box?

A: No, this model outputs via 4-20mA or RS485 Modbus. To connect to Wi-Fi, you will need to interface it with an external gateway or PLC that supports wireless transmission.

Q: How often does the probe need replacement?

A: Under normal industrial curing conditions, the probe typically lasts 2-3 years. In extremely dusty or chemical-heavy environments, we recommend annual inspection of the sintered filter.
