Q: How many times can I reuse one strip?
A: This tape is designed for single continuous use lasting 3 to 5 days. Once removed, the adhesive properties diminish, so it cannot be effectively reapplied.
Q: What is the difference between this and regular athletic tape?
A: Unlike rigid athletic tape that restricts movement, this kinesiology tape stretches up to 160%, mimicking skin elasticity. This allows for full range of motion while providing support and lifting the skin to improve circulation.
Q: Does this tape leave residue when removed?
