Great Grays, Slightly Pricey

Smooth and Consistent

Perfect for Manga Inking
These pens are absolutely fantastic for comic work. The sepia tone gives a classic feel, and the ink never bleeds through my marker paper. Highly recommended for professionals.
Q: Is the sepia color dark enough for scanning black and white comics?
A: Yes, the sepia ink is dense enough to scan clearly as black in most digital workflows, offering a nice traditional aesthetic without losing definition.
Q: Do the tips bend easily if pressed too hard?
A: The tips are made of durable polypropylene and are quite resilient. However, like all fineliners, excessive pressure can damage the tip, so we advise using a light touch for longevity.
Q: Can I refill these fineliners once the ink runs out?
A: No, the Copic Multiliner SP series is refillable, but this specific disposable Fineliner series is designed for single use and cannot be refilled.
Q: What is the difference between Warm Gray and Cool Gray in this set?
A: Warm Gray has subtle brown or red undertones, making it feel softer, while Cool Gray has blue undertones, providing a crisper, more industrial look. Both are excellent for shading.
Q: Are these pens safe to use on standard printer paper?
A: Yes, they work well on standard paper, but for best results and to prevent any potential bleed-through with heavier ink application, we recommend using marker or bristol paper.
