Good quality, measure carefully
The craftsmanship is excellent and feels very authentic. Just make sure you measure your pot's opening precisely before ordering, as Zisha pots can vary slightly even within the same style name.

Perfect fit for my old Xishi pot

Nice lid but color varied slightly
The lid functions well and fits my pot, but the shade of purple was slightly lighter than my existing pot. It's not a dealbreaker, but worth noting if you are particular about exact color matching.
Q: What is the return policy if the lid doesn't fit?
A: If the lid does not fit due to sizing errors on our part, we offer a free exchange. If the measurement was provided incorrectly by the customer, returns are accepted within 14 days provided the item is unused.
Q: Do I need to season the new lid before using it?
A: Yes, we recommend rinsing the lid thoroughly with hot water. If possible, boil it in plain water for 10 minutes or place it inside your pot while boiling to ensure it is clean and ready for tea.
Q: Is the knob handle safe to touch immediately after brewing?
A: The clay knob does retain some heat. While it is designed to be handled, we suggest using a tea towel or waiting a few seconds before lifting the lid directly with bare fingers.
Q: How do I measure my pot to ensure the lid fits?
A: Please measure the inner diameter of the pot's opening at its widest point using a caliper or a ruler. Also, check the shape of the rim (flat vs. stepped) and send us a photo if you are unsure.
Q: Can these lids be used on glass or ceramic teapots?
A: These lids are specifically crafted for Zisha (unglazed clay) pots. While they might physically sit on other materials, the sizing and weight balance are optimized for traditional Yixing teapots.
