Fast shipping and safe packaging
Arrived quickly and was wrapped very securely in bubble wrap and foam. No chips or cracks. The coarse pottery texture adds a nice rustic touch to my tea ceremony setup.

Beautiful craftsmanship
The glaze on this Ru kiln style lid is stunning. It has a nice matte finish that feels authentic. I deducted one star only because the diameter was slightly tighter than expected, but it still works.

Excellent quality Zisha
You can tell this is made from genuine Zisha clay. It breathes well and doesn't retain odors from previous teas. Highly recommend for serious tea drinkers.

Perfect replacement for my broken set

Nice but check measurements
The lid itself is gorgeous and well-made. However, make sure you measure your pot carefully before buying. It was a bit too small for my specific mug, though it works great on my smaller gaiwan.

A: Zisha (purple clay) is unglazed or partially glazed and is porous, allowing it to absorb tea oils and enhance flavor over time. Regular porcelain is non-porous, fully glazed, and neutral, making it ideal for tasting delicate teas without flavor retention.
Q: Is this lid dishwasher safe?
A: While the ceramic is durable, we strongly recommend hand washing to preserve the glaze and the natural properties of the Zisha clay over time.
