Solid construction
I've been using this outdoors on grass and indoors in my garage. The material holds up perfectly against accidental hits on the ground. The grip is also very comfortable even during long practice sessions.

Best investment for my game

Great for rhythm, tough for beginners
The build quality is excellent and it definitely helps with swing tempo. However, the 'Hard' version might be too stiff for complete beginners. I'd recommend starting with the regular flex if you are new to swing trainers.

Finally fixed my early release!
This hard flex stick is no joke. It really forces you to maintain lag because if you cast early, you feel it immediately in your hands. My drive distance has increased by about 15 yards after three weeks of daily use.

Good for power training
