Better than traditional flocculants

Q: Does this replace the need for chlorine?

A: No, this is a clarifier and flocculant designed to remove particulates. You must still maintain proper sanitizer levels (chlorine or bromine) to kill bacteria and algae.

Q: Can I swim immediately after adding this clarifier?

A: We recommend waiting at least 20 minutes after circulation has distributed the product evenly before swimming. Always ensure your chlorine levels are balanced.

Q: Will this clog my sand filter?

A: Unlike some heavy flocculants, this enzyme formula creates larger clumps that are easily caught by the filter without causing immediate clogging. However, backwashing after 24 hours is recommended.

Q: How much product do I need for a 15,000-gallon pool?

A: For standard clarification, use approximately 100ml for every 10,000 gallons. For a 15,000-gallon pool, start with 150ml. For severe cloudiness, you may double the initial dose.

Q: Is this safe for saltwater pools?

A: Yes, Jia Jie Jing Enzyme Clarifier is fully compatible with saltwater chlorination systems and will not damage your salt cell.
