Durable for daily use

Solid stand, heavy base needed

The stand itself is great, but I recommend using it with the weighted base rather than just the clamp if you have a glass desk. Very smooth adjustment mechanisms.

A: When tightened properly, the friction joints hold the position well for microphones under 2 lbs. For heavier mics, we recommend checking the tension knobs weekly.

A: Yes, this stand features a standard 5/8"-27 thread which is compatible with the Blue Yeti and most other standard desktop microphones.
