Solid construction
Very happy with this purchase. The phone holder fits my large smartphone perfectly with a case on. Only wish the arm was slightly longer, but it works for my needs.
Q: Does the arm sag over time with heavy use?
A: The arm features adjustable tension springs. If you notice any sagging after extended use, you can easily retighten the joints using the included Allen key to restore full rigidity.
Q: Can I mount this to a glass desk?
A: We recommend using the grommet mount option if your glass desk has a pre-drilled hole. The C-clamp requires a solid edge and may not be safe for thick tempered glass without protection pads.
Q: How much desk space does the clamp take up?
A: The C-clamp base requires approximately 2.5 inches of depth from the edge of your desk. It is compact enough to fit on most standard workstations without obstructing keyboard usage.
Q: Is there a thread adapter to attach a separate microphone?
A: This model is designed specifically for mobile phones. The phone holder does not have a standard 1/4 inch thread for external microphones, but the arm itself does have a mounting point where you could swap the phone holder for a mic clip.
Q: Does this stand work with an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a thick case?
A: Yes, the phone holder expands to fit devices up to 7.0 inches wide and has deep grips that securely hold phones even with bulky cases.
