Good but bulky for small hands
They work well for lifting, but the padding is quite thick which makes them feel a bit bulky if you have smaller wrists. Still functional, just not as sleek as I hoped.

Essential gym accessory

A: While they provide excellent grip assistance, they are primarily designed for pulling movements like deadlifts and pull-ups. For Olympic lifts requiring quick releases, traditional chalk or standard straps might be more suitable.
