Solid Construction
Very well made with strong stitching. The metal springs are flexible yet supportive. I deducted one star only because the velcro can be a bit loud when adjusting it during a quiet gym session.

Great Support, Runs Slightly Small
The quality is fantastic and it stays in place during my runs. However, I found it runs a bit small, so I recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase.

A: Please measure the circumference of your leg about 6 inches above and below the center of your kneecap. Refer to our size chart image in the product gallery for the best fit.
Q: Is this suitable for someone with a torn ACL?
A: While this brace offers excellent stability for meniscus support and general ligament strain, we recommend consulting your physician for specific ACL tear rehabilitation requirements.
Q: Can I wear this brace under tight basketball shorts?
A: Yes, the profile is streamlined enough to fit under most athletic compression shorts or regular sports shorts without bunching up.
Q: Does this come as a pair or a single unit?
A: This product is sold as a pair, so you receive two knee braces (one for the left leg and one for the right leg) in a single package.
Q: Are the metal springs removable for washing?
