Authentic Beijing sound
Reminds me of the vintage cymbals from the 60s but with more consistency. The stick definition is excellent and the decay is fast and musical.

Great value for bronze
For the price, getting genuine B20 bronze with this level of craftsmanship is rare. They take a little time to break in, but once they do, they sing.

Beautiful aesthetic, unique sound
The antique style is gorgeous. They are a bit darker than my usual Paiste, but that's exactly what makes them special. Great for jazz gigs where you need control.

Handmade quality shines through
You can tell these are hand-hammered. Every strike produces a slightly different texture. The 17cm size is my new favorite crash for rock ballads.

Perfect addition to my setup
I bought the 19cm ride and it works perfectly as a heavy crash/ride hybrid. The black finish hasn't faded after three months of touring.

Incredible dark tones for studio work
These cymbals have exactly the dry, trashy sound I was looking for. The black finish looks stunning on stage, and the complex overtones cut through the mix without being too bright.
Q: Can I use these for heavy metal music?
A: While they excel in jazz and fusion due to their dark profile, many metal drummers use them for specific textural crashes or intros. However, if you need piercing, high-volume cuts, you might prefer a brighter series.
Q: What is the difference between these and standard brass cymbals?
A: These are made from B20 Bronze (80% copper, 20% tin), which offers a much richer, more complex, and warmer tone compared to standard brass cymbals that tend to sound brighter and thinner.
Q: Do they come with a protective bag?
A: Yes, each cymbal ships with a premium padded gig bag to ensure safe transport and storage, along with a polishing cloth specifically safe for black finishes.
Q: Does the black finish wear off with regular playing?
A: The black antique patina is baked into the metal. While natural wear may occur on the bow where you strike most often over years of use, it is designed to be durable and actually adds to the vintage character.
Q: Are these cymbals sold individually or as a set?
A: These cymbals are sold individually. You can select your preferred size (15cm, 17cm, or 19cm) from the dropdown menu before adding to your cart.
