Kids love it!

Great stress reliever
I bought this primarily for stress relief after work, and it works wonders. The rebound speed is consistent. I took off one star because the assembly instructions were a bit unclear, but I figured it out eventually.
Q: What is the minimum height setting for children?
A: The telescopic pole can be lowered to approximately 47 inches from the floor to the top of the ball, making it suitable for children aged 8 and older.
Q: Can this be used on hardwood floors without scratching?
A: Yes, the base features a non-slip rubberå« that protects hardwood floors from scratches and prevents the unit from sliding during use.
Q: Is the ball replaceable if it gets worn out?
A: Absolutely. The speed ball is attached via a secure swivel mechanism that allows you to easily unscrew and replace the ball if necessary. Replacement balls are available on our store page.
Q: How much weight does the base need to be stable?
A: For maximum stability, we recommend filling the base with approximately 25 lbs of sand or 20 lbs of water. Sand provides a slightly lower center of gravity and less sloshing movement.
Q: Does this come with boxing gloves?
A: No, this package includes only the freestanding speed ball trainer and the assembly tools. Boxing gloves are sold separately to ensure you get the right size and fit for your needs.
