Good but takes practice
The quality is decent for the price. However, if you are a complete beginner, be prepared to hit your own head a few times while learning the rhythm. Once you get the hang of it, it works well.

Excellent build quality
The leather feels premium and the stitching looks solid. I've been using it daily for Muay Thai warm-ups for three weeks and there is no sign of wear. The elastic tension is just right.

Fun stress reliever
