Solid build for heavy workouts
This anchor is incredibly sturdy. I installed it in my garage ceiling and use it daily with a 2-inch rope. No creaking or movement whatsoever. Highly recommend for serious training.

No wobble at all
I was worried about stability, but this thing doesn't budge even during high-intensity intervals. The ring is smooth so it doesn't wear down my rope quickly.

Great product, instructions could be better
The bracket itself is fantastic and feels very safe. The only reason for 4 stars is that the installation instructions were a bit vague. Once I figured out the stud placement, it was perfect.

Good but requires strong studs
The product is well-made, but make sure your ceiling studs are up to the task. I had to reinforce my mounting point before I felt comfortable using it. Works great now though.
