Good value, works as expected

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The temperature stability is good. I deducted one star because the lead wires were slightly shorter than I anticipated, but still manageable.

Excellent replacement part

Perfect fit for my hotend upgrade

Ordered the 6x20mm 24V version for my Ender 3 Pro upgrade. It fits snugly in the heater block and heats up very quickly. The silicone wires are high quality and flexible.

The stainless steel casing feels robust. Temperature readings are consistent with my thermistor. Just make sure you select the correct voltage for your board.

Q: Can I use the 24V cartridge on a 12V power supply?

A: You can physically install it, but it will only produce 25% of its rated power and may not reach the required temperatures for printing. We strongly recommend matching the voltage exactly.

Q: Are the lead wires pre-tinned?

A: Yes, the ends of the high-temperature silicone wires come pre-tinned to make soldering to your terminal blocks or connectors easier.

Q: Does this come with thermal paste?

A: No, the package includes only the heating cartridge. We recommend applying a small amount of high-temperature thermal paste during installation to improve heat transfer efficiency.

Q: What is the maximum operating temperature for this cartridge?

A: These cartridges are designed to safely operate up to 300°C (572°F), which covers the requirements for most common 3D printing filaments like PLA, ABS, and PETG.

Q: Is the 6x30mm size compatible with standard MK8 heater blocks?

A: Most standard MK8 blocks are designed for 6x20mm cartridges. The 6x30mm version is typically used for larger heater blocks or specific industrial applications. Please check your block specifications before ordering.
