Perfect fit for my grandmother's treadle
I was worried about finding a belt for our old Flying Man machine, but this fit perfectly. The leather feels sturdy and the hooks are exactly like the originals.

Brings the machine back to life
My Butterfly treadle hasn't worked in years. This belt and hook set was easy to install and now it runs smoothly. Highly recommend for restoration projects.

Works well after conditioning
The leather was a bit stiff out of the box, but after applying some leather conditioner, it flexed perfectly. Great value for the price.

Saved my heirloom machine
I couldn't find parts locally for this old model. This belt fits the pulleys correctly and provides enough grip for smooth operation. Very satisfied.

Excellent replacement part
Fast shipping and great packaging. The metal hooks are strong and don't slip. It looks authentic on my vintage Bee sewing machine.

Good quality, needed slight trimming
The belt is high quality leather. I had to trim about an inch off to get the tension right on my Peony model, but that is expected with vintage restorations.
Q: What is the return policy if the belt doesn't fit my vintage machine?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. If the belt has been cut or installed, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Q: Are the hooks included in the package?
A: Yes, the package includes both the leather belt and the necessary metal hooks required for installation on compatible treadle models.
Q: How do I adjust the length of the belt?
A: The belt comes slightly longer than standard to allow for customization. You can easily trim the excess leather with scissors or a knife and re-attach the hook using the pre-punched holes or by creating a new hole.
Q: Will this belt fit a standard Singer treadle machine?
A: This belt is specifically designed for Butterfly, Flying Man, Peony, and Bee brands. While dimensions may be similar, we cannot guarantee compatibility with Singer models without measuring your specific pulley setup.
Q: Is this belt suitable for electric motor conversion kits?
A: This belt is designed for foot-treadle operation. While it might work with some low-speed motor conversions, we recommend checking the torque requirements of your motor kit to ensure the leather does not slip or wear prematurely.
