Love the automatic features
The fully automatic threading saved me so much time. I've used it to make curtains and repair jeans. The LED light is bright and makes seeing the needle very easy.

Perfect for beginners!
I was nervous about buying my first sewing machine, but the Taimi made it so easy. The dual speed modes let me start slow and gain confidence. The smart alerts are helpful when I run low on thread.

Good but noisy at high speed
It works well for basic tasks, but the fast mode is quite loud. The slow mode is quiet enough for evening use. Overall, a decent purchase for occasional sewing.

Reliable home tool
Been using it for three months now without issues. The foot pedal is responsive, and changing bobbins is straightforward. A great addition to any home toolkit.

Exceeded expectations
I needed something portable for craft fairs, and this is ideal. It's lightweight but feels sturdy. The variety of stitch patterns allows for some creative embellishments too.

Great value for the price
Solid little machine for household mending. It handles denim reasonably well, though I wouldn't call it industrial heavy-duty. The compact size fits perfectly on my small desk.
Q: Is the needle replacement tool included?
A: Yes, a small screwdriver for changing needles is included in the accessory kit along with extra needles, bobbins, and a seam ripper.
Q: What is the difference between the two speed modes?
A: The slow mode operates at approximately 400 stitches per minute, ideal for intricate work and beginners. The fast mode reaches up to 800 stitches per minute, suitable for straight seams on lighter fabrics.
Q: Can this machine sew through thick leather?
A: While the Taimi is designed for heavy-duty household fabrics like denim and canvas, we do not recommend using it on thick leather or multiple layers of vinyl, as this may strain the motor.
Q: How do I activate the smart alert system?
A: The smart alerts are automatic and require no activation. The machine will flash an indicator light and pause operation if it detects thread tension issues or if the bobbin is empty.
Q: Does it come with a carrying case?
A: No, the standard package does not include a carrying case. However, due to its compact design, many users store it in a standard toolbox or purchase a universal sewing machine cover separately.
