Good motor, noisy operation
The sewing mechanism is robust and hasn't failed us yet, but it is quite loud during operation. We had to move it to a separate area to avoid disturbing the office staff. Otherwise, it does the job efficiently.

Excellent for small business packaging
As a coffee roaster, I needed something to seal large bulk bags quickly. This Lima brand machine is fast and creates a secure chain stitch that doesn't unravel easily. Setup was straightforward out of the box.

Great value, minor learning curve
The machine works very well once you get the tension adjusted correctly. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out the optimal settings for our specific polypropylene bags, but now it runs smoothly. Good build quality for the price.

Portable and durable
I move between different storage units frequently, and this portable sealer is a lifesaver. The battery option would be nice, but the cord is long enough for most setups. It handles multiple layers of burlap without jamming.

Reliable workhorse
We have been using this for three months to seal animal feed bags. It requires occasional oiling as per the manual, but otherwise, it has been very reliable. The needle replacement process is simple.
