Perfect for beginners!

Solid construction

Feels much heavier and more durable than other plastic machines in this price range. The stitch consistency is excellent. Only wish it had a few more decorative stitch options.

Great value compact machine

Takes up very little space on my desk which was a priority. The motor is quiet and handles denim reasonably well, though I wouldn't push it too hard. Good entry-level choice.

Smooth operation

The electric foot pedal is very responsive. I've made several curtains and pillowcases with no issues. The LED light is bright enough to see dark fabrics clearly.

Good but manual could be better

The machine itself works great, but the instruction manual was a bit confusing regarding the bobbin winding mechanism. Once I figured it out via YouTube, it's been smooth sailing.

A: Yes, the power adapter supports both 110V and 220V. You will only need a plug shape adapter depending on the country you are visiting; no voltage converter is required.

Q: Does this machine come with a walking foot?

A: The standard package includes a general-purpose foot, zipper foot, and buttonhole foot. A walking foot can be purchased separately as an accessory compatible with the JACK 591 low-shank system.

Q: What is the maximum sewing speed?

A: The maximum speed is approximately 850 stitches per minute, controlled entirely by how much pressure you apply to the foot pedal, allowing for precise control at slow speeds.

Q: Can it sew through thick leather?

A: This model is designed for light to medium-weight fabrics like cotton, linen, silk, and thin denim. We do not recommend using it for heavy leather or multiple layers of canvas as it may strain the motor.

Q: How do I clean the lint from inside the machine?

A: Simply remove the needle plate by unscrewing the two provided screws. You can then use the small brush included in the accessory kit to gently sweep away lint from the bobbin area and feed dogs.
