Silent and smooth operation
I was worried about noise levels since I work from home, but this JACK model is surprisingly quiet. The servo motor responds instantly to the pedal pressure. Excellent purchase.

Great value industrial machine
Very sturdy build quality. It handles thick denim without skipping stitches. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the manual could be more detailed in English, but online videos helped.

Perfect for my small business
This machine is incredibly fast and precise. The computerized panel makes adjusting stitch length so easy compared to my old mechanical unit. Highly recommend for anyone doing high-volume sewing.

Solid workhorse
Been using this for three months now on various fabrics. It rarely jams and the thread tension is very stable. Just make sure you have a sturdy table for it.

Finally made the jump to an industrial lockstitch and wow, what a difference. The speed and consistency are unmatched. Setup was straightforward with the included tools.
Q: Can this handle leather materials?
A: Yes, the A5E-B is capable of sewing light to medium-weight leather. For heavy-duty leather, we recommend using a heavier gauge needle (up to size 18) and adjusting the presser foot pressure accordingly.
Q: What is the maximum sewing speed for this model?
A: The JACK A5E-B has a maximum adjustable speed of up to 5000 stitches per minute (SPM). You can limit the speed via the digital panel if you prefer working at a slower pace.
Q: Does this machine come with a stand and motor included?
A: This listing is for the machine head and the integrated servo motor controller. The table stand and clutch motor are usually sold separately or as part of a bundle. Please check the specific package options.
Q: How often does the auto-oiling system need refilling?
A: Under normal daily usage (8 hours), the oil reservoir typically needs refilling once every week. The machine will display a low-oil warning icon on the screen when it is time to refill.
Q: Is the control panel language switchable to Spanish?
A: Yes, the smart computerized panel supports multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. You can change the setting in the system menu upon first startup.
