Efficient and clean stitches
The chain stitch is tight and secure. We tested it on jute and polypropylene bags, and it handled both materials without skipping stitches. Very happy with this purchase.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it says. It's lightweight enough to hold for extended periods without arm fatigue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the oiling instructions could be clearer in the manual.

Great machine, minor learning curve
The stitching speed is impressive once you get the hang of holding it steady. It took me about an hour to master the tension settings for different sack thicknesses, but now it works flawlessly.

Battery life exceeds expectations

Perfect for our warehouse operations
We switched from pneumatic bag closers to this handheld unit and the difference is night and day. No more air hoses to trip over. The battery lasts a full shift even with heavy use on grain sacks.
Q: Can this machine sew through double-layered thick jute sacks?
A: Yes, the motor provides sufficient torque to penetrate double-layered jute and heavy-duty woven polypropylene sacks effectively.
Q: What happens if the battery runs out while I am in the middle of sealing a bag?
A: The machine will simply stop stitching. You can finish the seam manually or recharge the battery for about 15 minutes to gain enough power to complete several more bags.
Q: How often does the machine require oiling?
A: For optimal performance, we recommend adding a drop of sewing machine oil to the needle bar area before each shift or after every 4 hours of continuous operation.
Q: Does the package come with a carrying case?
A: The standard package includes the machine, charger, accessories, and a basic protective cover, but a hard-shell carrying case is sold separately.
Q: Is it compatible with standard DCx1 needles found in local hardware stores?
A: Yes, this model uses standard industrial DCx1 needles, which are widely available globally.
