Standard for a reason
I have been using OTTO rosin for over a decade. This dust-free version is even better than the old formula. It lasts a long time and ensures consistent performance across all four strings of my violin.

Perfect for my Erhu
Finding good rosin for the Erhu can be tricky, but this works beautifully. The MR25 gives just the right amount of friction without making the sound too harsh. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Clearer tone production

Excellent grip without the mess
I switched to the OTTO MR50 for my cello and the difference is night and day. It provides incredible grip on the bow hair, yet my instrument stays remarkably clean. No more white dust clouds after a long practice session.

Great quality, hard to apply initially
The rosin itself is top-notch German quality. It took a few tries to get it to bite on my new bow hair because it is quite hard, but once it did, the tone became rich and warm. Highly recommend for serious players.
