Great value for money
Works well on my violin. It lasts a long time and produces a clear tone. The only reason for 4 stars is that the packaging was slightly crushed upon arrival.

Good but hard to break in
The rosin seems high quality, but it took quite a while to break in and start transferring to the bow hair effectively. Once it did, the sound was good.

A: Absolutely, this rosin is formulated to work effectively on violins, violas, cellos, and even Erhus.

A: With regular daily practice, one block usually lasts between 6 to 12 months depending on playing intensity and bow hair condition.

A: Yes, each rectangular block includes a protective cloth pouch which can also be used to wrap the rosin or clean excess dust.
