Works well but packaging could be better
The product itself does exactly what it says. However, the lid on the bucket was slightly loose upon arrival, and I had to transfer the tablets to an airtight container immediately to prevent moisture absorption.

No more green pool!

Effective but strong smell
The disinfection power is undeniable; no algae growth since I started using these. The only downside is the strong chlorine odor when you first open the container, so make sure to use it in a well-ventilated area.

Crystal clear water in no time
These tablets dissolve incredibly fast compared to the slow-dissolve pucks I used before. My pool water was cloudy after a storm, and within 24 hours of using Wanxiaoling, it was sparkling clean. Highly recommended for quick turnaround.

Perfect for shock treatment
I use these primarily for shocking the pool after heavy usage during summer parties. They fizz away quickly and raise the chlorine levels immediately without leaving residue at the bottom of the pool.
Q: Can these tablets be used directly in the skimmer basket?
A: While they can be used in a skimmer, due to their fast-dissolving effervescent nature, we recommend dissolving them in a bucket of water first and pouring the solution around the pool perimeter for even distribution and to protect skimmer components.
Q: Is this safe for pools with vinyl liners?
A: Yes, this product is safe for vinyl liners provided it is fully dissolved before entering the pool or placed in a floating dispenser. Never place undissolved tablets directly on the liner surface as it may cause bleaching.
Q: How long do I need to wait before swimming after adding these tablets?
A: Please wait until the chlorine levels return to the normal range of 1-3 ppm. Typically, with proper circulation, this takes about 4 to 6 hours after the tablets have completely dissolved.
Q: Does this product raise the pH level of the water?
A: Trichloroisocyanuric acid is slightly acidic and generally tends to lower or stabilize pH rather than raise it. However, regular testing of pH and total alkalinity is always advised to maintain balanced water chemistry.
Q: What is the recommended dosage for a 10,000-gallon pool?
A: For routine maintenance, approximately 200g of product is recommended for 10,000 gallons. For shock treatment or cloudy water, you may need to double the dose. Always test your water levels before and after application.
