Sturdy and lightweight

Great build quality for the price. The aluminum pole feels very sturdy yet remains lightweight. I deducted one star because the locking mechanism on the pole can be a bit stiff when new, but it loosened up after a few uses.

Good value

Does the job well. The foam grip is comfortable even when wet. The net bag seems durable and hasn't torn despite catching some twigs. A solid choice for routine maintenance.

Perfect for my backyard pond

This skimmer net is exactly what I needed for my koi pond. The telescopic pole extends far enough to reach the center without me having to lean over too much. The mesh is fine enough to catch small leaves but lets water flow through easily.

Excellent reach

Saves so much time cleaning

Better than expected

I was worried the pole might feel flimsy when fully extended, but it holds up well. The net depth is generous, so water doesn't splash out as you lift it. Great product from Liweivo.

A: Currently, the net head is integrated into the frame for maximum durability and is not sold as a separate replacement part. However, the materials are designed to withstand regular outdoor use.

Q: Can this be used in saltwater pools?

A: Yes, the aluminum alloy pole and nylon mesh are resistant to corrosion and can be safely used in saltwater pools. We recommend rinsing the equipment with fresh water after each use to prolong its life.

Q: Is the mesh fine enough to catch algae?

A: The mesh is designed primarily for leaves, twigs, and insects. While it can catch some larger clumps of algae, it is not fine enough to filter out single-cell algae or very fine sediment.

Q: What is the collapsed length for storage?

A: When fully retracted, the telescopic pole measures approximately 4 feet in length, making it easy to store in most pool sheds or closets.
