Exceeded expectations
I was hesitant to buy online without trying it first, but this Pipa arrived in perfect condition. The craftsmanship on the pearwood back is beautiful. Sounds professional enough for small recitals.

Nice tone, fast shipping
The instrument looks exactly like the photos. The tone is clear and bright. Deducting one star because the case zipper was a bit stiff, but the instrument itself is fantastic.

Solid choice for adults starting late

Great value for the price
The African Rosewood gives it a nice warm tone. It held up well during my grade 3 exam. Only minor issue was the strings needed replacing after a few months of heavy practice.
