Good quality, needs some prep
Overall a solid body. The routing for the pickups was accurate. I had to do a little extra sanding around the neck pocket to get a perfect fit, but that is normal for unfinished parts.

Great resonance
I was worried about the tone since it's basswood, but this piece rings beautifully. It took my nitrocellulose finish very well. Highly recommend for anyone building a vintage-style strat.

Solid choice for replacement
Replaced a damaged body on an old project guitar. The dimensions matched standard hardware perfectly. Took off one star because there was a small glue mark on the back, but it sanded out easily.

Perfect blank for a custom build
The basswood is lightweight and the grain is very consistent. No cracks or knots that would compromise structural integrity. Sanding it down was a breeze before applying my stain.
