Perfect upgrade for my high school band student

My daughter needed a durable piccolo that wouldn't crack like her old wooden one. This synthetic ebony model is fantastic. The silver plated keys feel smooth, and the intonation is surprisingly accurate right out of the box. Great value for the price.

Durable and beautiful

Great projection for outdoor events

Used this for several outdoor summer concerts. The synthetic material handles the heat without going out of tune as quickly as expected. The sound cuts through the brass section nicely. Highly recommend for marching bands.

Good starter, needs minor adjustment

The build quality is decent for a beginner instrument. However, I had to take it to a repair tech to adjust the pad seating on two keys before it played perfectly. Once adjusted, it sounds great. Just factor in a potential setup cost.

Excellent response and tone
