Perfect for my high school band student

Bought this for my daughter who is joining the marching band. The silver plating looks beautiful and the tone is surprisingly bright for the price point. It came well-packaged and ready to play right out of the box.

Shiny and responsive

The white brass body gives it a nice weight without being too heavy. I love the projection it has in our community orchestra. The case is sturdy enough for travel too.

Good intonation

Intonation is generally good across the registers. It required a minor adjustment on the screws upon arrival, but nothing a simple screwdriver couldn't fix. Plays very nicely after that.

Great value instrument

As a professional doubling on piccolo, I needed a reliable backup. This Jinbao model holds its tune well and the key action is smooth. Not quite as refined as my custom headjoint flute, but excellent for the cost.
