Good value for the volume
Great product that lasts a long time due to the high dilution ratio. Only giving 4 stars because the bottle cap was slightly loose upon arrival, but no leakage occurred.

Fast acting and efficient
Clears the film much faster than my previous brand. The analytical grade purity seems to make a difference in the longevity of the solution.
Q: How should I dispose of the used fixer solution?
A: Used fixer contains silver halides and should not be poured down the drain. Please collect it and take it to a local hazardous waste disposal facility or a photo lab that accepts spent chemicals.
Q: What is the recommended fixing time for 35mm film?
A: For 35mm film, we recommend a fixing time of 5 to 7 minutes at 20°C with standard agitation. Always follow the double-fixing rule for archival stability.
Q: Can this be used for color film processing?
A: No, this F5 Fixer is specifically formulated for black and white film and photo paper. Color processes require different chemical compositions.
Q: Does this come with mixing instructions?
A: Yes, detailed mixing and usage instructions are printed on the label and included as a leaflet inside the box.
