Great hardware, documentation could be better
The soft hook control is very responsive and the audio quality is crisp. I deducted one star because the API examples in the dev kit were a bit sparse, but support helped me out.

Excellent Linux compatibility
Rare to find telephony hardware that plays nice with Linux out of the box. Drivers installed easily and the polarity detection triggers our logging scripts perfectly.

A: The device itself has no internal time limit; recording duration depends entirely on the storage capacity of the connected computer and the file system limits.
Q: What programming languages are supported in the Secondary Development Kit?
A: The SDK includes libraries and examples for C++, C#, Python, and Java. We also provide DLLs for easy integration with .NET environments.
Q: Can the soft hook feature disconnect an incoming call automatically?
A: Yes, the software can trigger the hook to go on-hook to reject or disconnect a call based on your custom logic, such as time of day or caller ID filtering.
Q: How does the polarity reversal detection help in practical applications?
