Good value for the features provided
For the price point, you get a lot of functionality. The computer dialing feature works well, though I wish the default ringtone was a bit louder. The development kit is a great bonus if you plan to scale your operations later. Overall, a solid purchase.

Plug and play simplicity

Perfect for our small office integration

Great hardware, minor software learning curve
The hardware itself is solid and the call quality during recording is crystal clear. The CC301 display works flawlessly. It took our team a day or two to get used to the dialing software interface, but once configured, it runs automatically in the background without issues.
Q: Does this device work with Mac OS?
A: Currently, the official drivers and software are designed for Windows 10/11 and specific Linux distributions. There is no native macOS support at this time, though some users have had success running the Windows software via virtualization.
Q: Is the development kit suitable for Python programming?
A: Yes, the SDK includes libraries and documentation for Python, as well as C++ and C#. You can easily integrate call events and recording management into your Python applications.
Q: Does it record both sides of the conversation clearly?
A: Absolutely. The device captures the digital audio stream directly from the line, ensuring that both the caller and the receiver are recorded with high fidelity, free from background noise often picked up by microphone-based recorders.
Q: What happens if the computer goes to sleep?
A: If the host computer enters sleep mode, USB power may be cut depending on your system settings, which would stop recording. We recommend adjusting your power management settings to keep the USB ports active or disable sleep mode while the system is in use.
Q: Can I access the recordings remotely?
