Perfect for our small call center

Q: Is the SDK compatible with Python or only C++?

A: Our SDK supports multiple languages including C++, C#, and Python. Documentation and sample code for each are included in the developer pack.

Q: What happens if the PC loses power? Are recordings lost?

A: The device has a small buffer, but for safety, we recommend using a UPS with your PC. Recordings are written to the hard drive in real-time, so sudden power loss might only affect the current second of audio.

Q: Does the pop-up screen show caller ID information?

A: Yes, the pop-up screen displays the incoming number, call duration, and channel status in real-time, provided your telephone service transmits Caller ID data.

Q: Does this device work with VoIP systems or only analog lines?

A: This unit is designed primarily for analog telephone lines. For VoIP, you would typically record via software on the PC, but this device captures the physical line output.

Q: Can I access the recordings remotely over the network?

A: Yes, since the recordings are stored on the connected PC, you can set up standard file sharing or use our optional cloud sync module to access them remotely.
