Excellent value for dual line recording

Reliable and stable
We have been running this device 24/7 for three months now. It handles both lines simultaneously without dropping any recordings. The 248-channel support gives us plenty of room for expansion.

Good hardware, driver update needed
The hardware feels solid and the recording quality is good. However, I had to contact support to get the latest drivers for Windows 11. Once updated, everything worked smoothly.

Great SDK for custom integration

Does the job efficiently
Simple plug-and-play experience for basic recording needs. The pop-up notification helps us know immediately when a call is coming in while we are working on other tasks. Recommended for small businesses.
Q: Is the secondary development SDK compatible with Python?
A: Yes, the SDK includes libraries and examples for Python, as well as C++ and C#. You can access call metadata and audio streams programmatically using these tools.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP lines or only traditional analog phones?
A: This device is designed primarily for traditional analog telephone lines (PSTN). While it can record audio output from a VoIP adapter if connected physically to the handset port, it does not natively intercept digital VoIP packets.
Q: What happens if the computer goes to sleep mode?
A: If the host computer enters sleep mode, the USB connection may be suspended, stopping the recording. We recommend adjusting your power settings to keep the USB ports active and the system awake during business hours.
Q: Does the pop-up window work with multiple monitors?
A: Yes, the software supports multi-monitor setups. You can configure the pop-up notification to appear on a specific screen or the primary display through the settings menu.
