Reliable and compact
Small footprint fits nicely behind my phone base. I've been using it for three months now with a 32GB flash drive, and it hasn't missed a single call. The WAV files are easy to play on any media player. Excellent build quality for the price point.

Works well but manual could be better
The recorder itself functions correctly once you figure out the button combinations. The instruction manual is a bit vague regarding sensitivity settings. After some trial and error, I got it working perfectly for my home office needs. Good product, just needs clearer documentation.

No software headaches
The best feature is definitely the PC-free operation. I don't have to install any drivers or keep my laptop on. I just plug in a USB drive, let it run, and then pull the files off later. It handles both incoming and outgoing calls flawlessly on my landline.

Perfect for small office use
This device does exactly what it promises. Setup was incredibly easy; I just plugged it between the wall jack and my phone. The voice activation works well, so it doesn't record long periods of silence. Highly recommended for keeping records of client calls without needing a computer running all day.

Great value, simple interface
I bought this to record interviews for my podcast prep. The audio quality is clear enough for transcription purposes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the LED lights are quite bright at night, but a piece of tape fixed that. Overall, a solid standalone unit.

Solid performance for the price
Does the job without fuss. Audio is crisp, and the voice activation threshold is adjustable which is a nice touch. I wish it had a built-in speaker for quick playback without removing the USB drive, but that's a minor inconvenience. Would buy again.
