Perfect for small business records

This device does exactly what it says. No need to keep a computer running just to record calls. Setup took less than five minutes, and the audio quality is surprisingly clear on both ends of the line.

Great value, simple interface

I bought this to record interviews for my podcast via landline. It works flawlessly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the manual could be slightly more detailed regarding file management on different OS systems.

Excellent audio clarity

I was worried about static or low volume, but the AR100 captures crisp audio. It picks up quiet voices easily without picking up too much background noise from the room. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Reliable standalone unit

Works great with my VoIP adapter. I use it primarily for keeping records of customer service calls. The automatic start/stop feature saves a lot of storage space. Would buy again.
