Works well but manual could be better
The recorder works fine once you figure out the settings. The instruction manual was a little vague on how to set the date and time correctly. After watching a quick online tutorial, I got it working perfectly.

Great value, clear audio
The sound quality on the recordings is surprisingly clear. I can hear both sides of the conversation without much background noise. The only minor issue is that the menu buttons are a bit small, but once you set it up, you rarely touch them.

Good for personal use too

Perfect for office record keeping

Reliable and sturdy

A: This device is designed for standard analog landline desk phones. It may not function correctly with digital VoIP systems unless an analog telephone adapter (ATA) is used.
Q: Does it record both sides of the conversation automatically?

Q: Can I transfer the recorded files to my computer later?
