Good device, manual could be better

Great value, clear audio
The sound quality on both ends of the line is very clear. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the menu navigation takes a little getting used to, but once you learn it, it's fine.

No PC needed is a game changer
I bought this specifically because I didn't want software installed on my work laptop. It works standalone perfectly. Plugging in the SD card to listen to files later is very convenient.

Does the job well
Very satisfied with the purchase. The display is bright and easy to read. It would be nice if it supported larger SD cards than 32GB, but for most users, this is plenty of space.

Perfect for small office use
This device does exactly what it promises. Setup was incredibly easy, and I love that I don't need a computer running all day just to record calls. The SD card storage is a great feature for long-term archiving.
