Q: Are these bags biodegradable?

A: These specific HDPE bags are recyclable (#2 plastic) but are not biodegradable. We do offer a separate line of compostable bags if that is a requirement for your business.

Q: Can I order a sample before committing to a bulk order?

A: Yes, we offer sample packs with standard designs. For custom logo samples, a small fee applies which is deductible from your final bulk order.

Q: Is there a setup fee for the custom logo?

A: A one-time setup fee is charged for creating the printing plates. However, this fee is waived for orders exceeding 1,000 units.

Q: How long does the custom printing process take?

A: Once the artwork is approved, the production and printing process typically takes 7 to 10 business days, excluding shipping time.

Q: What file format do you need for the logo printing?

A: We prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution .PDF. If you only have a raster image, please ensure it is at least 300 DPI.
