Decent but wears out on hard stone
It works great on wood and seeds, but I found it wore down a bit too fast when trying to polish harder stones like agate. Still useful for the finishing touches though.

Good value for small projects
Works well on small jade pendants. It takes a bit of elbow grease to get the high gloss, but the result is worth it. The sponge holds up well even after getting wet.

Perfect for Bodhi Seed Beads
This tool is a game changer for my bead crafting. The coarse side shapes the seed quickly, and the fine side gives it a mirror shine without much effort. Highly recommended for anyone working with organic materials.

Essential for artifact restoration
I use this for restoring small wooden cultural artifacts. The flexibility of the sponge allows me to reach into crevices that rigid sandpaper cannot. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Easy to use for beginners
As someone new to polishing, this block made the process very intuitive. No need to buy multiple sheets of sandpaper. Just one block does the job from start to finish.

Great little tool
Compact and effective. I keep one in my toolkit for quick touch-ups on various projects. The dual sides save so much time switching between grits.
Q: Is this suitable for metal polishing?
A: While primarily designed for organic materials like wood, seeds, and soft stones, it can be used on soft metals like copper or brass for light polishing. It is not recommended for hardened steel.
Q: How do I clean the block if it gets clogged?
A: Simply rinse the block under running water while gently rubbing the surface with your fingers to remove debris. Let it air dry completely before the next use.
Q: Can this be used wet or only dry?
A: This polishing block is designed to be used both wet and dry. Using it with water can help reduce dust and extend the life of the abrasive surface.
Q: What is the difference between the blue and yellow sides?
A: The blue side features a coarser grit (approx. 400) for shaping and removing imperfections, while the yellow side has a finer grit (approx. 2000) for smoothing and achieving a high shine.
Q: Does this come with a storage case?
A: No, the product comes as a single polishing block without a dedicated storage case. We recommend storing it in a dry place to maintain its integrity.
