Good value for industrial use

Solid construction and seems very robust. We are testing it on a T30 model. So far, performance is stable under high pressure. Will update if longevity matches expectations.

Best upgrade for mortar pumps

If you are running a UBD pump daily, do not hesitate to switch to these ceramic bushings. The reduction in downtime for replacements pays for the higher initial cost within a month.

Solved our corrosion issue

Our previous brass bushings were corroding too quickly due to the chemical additives in the mix. This silicon carbide option has completely solved that problem. Highly recommend for harsh environments.

Excellent engineering component

Perfect fit for our T45 pump

We replaced the standard metal bushing with this silicon nitride unit on our T45 mortar pump. The difference in wear resistance is noticeable after three weeks of heavy use. No signs of degradation yet.

Great durability, shipping took a while

The quality of the ceramic is excellent and handles the abrasive slurry very well. Installation was straightforward. Only giving 4 stars because shipping took longer than expected, but the product itself is top-notch.
