Excellent wear resistance

After 500 hours of operation, there is minimal play in the bucket connection. The heat treatment seems very consistent across all the pieces in the batch we received.

Solid replacement part

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The hole pattern helps keep the pin lubricated longer. Took off one star only because the packaging was a bit basic, but the product itself is flawless.

Good value, fast shipping

The quality is solid for the price point. Shipping took about two weeks which was acceptable. One bushing had a very minor burr on the edge but it was easily filed down. Overall satisfied.

A: Yes, every batch comes with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) verifying the chemical composition and hardness ratings. This document is included in the shipment package.

Q: Is this material suitable for underwater dredging applications?

A: While the alloy steel is highly wear-resistant, prolonged submersion may require additional corrosion protection. We recommend applying a specialized coating or ensuring frequent greasing for underwater use.

Q: What is the lead time for a bulk order of 500 units?

A: For orders over 100 units, our typical production lead time is 15-20 business days, depending on current factory capacity. Shipping time is calculated separately based on your location.

Q: Can you manufacture a custom size if my excavator is an older model?

A: Yes, we offer customization. Please provide the inner diameter, outer diameter, and length specifications, along with a drawing if available, and our engineering team will provide a quote.

Q: Do these bushings come with grease fittings installed?

A: The bushings feature pre-drilled oil holes for lubrication, but grease fittings (zerks) are not included. You can install your standard fittings into the existing holes.
