Good quality, slightly tight
The material feels very durable and heat resistant. It was a bit tight to install on my older MK7 block, but once on, it stays secure. Great value for the price.

Does the job well
Simple product that does exactly what it says. The silicone is thick enough to provide good insulation. Only wish it came in more colors, but blue looks cool too.

Essential safety upgrade
I accidentally touched my hot end before buying this. Never again! This blue sleeve covers everything nicely and helps maintain consistent temperatures during long prints.

Perfect fit for my Ender 3
This silicone cover fits my MK8 heater block perfectly. It keeps the heat concentrated and prevents accidental burns when I'm tweaking my printer. Highly recommended for safety.

Stable temps and safe
Noticed a slight improvement in temperature stability during cooling fan tests. Plus, it gives me peace of mind knowing my kids can't burn themselves if they get near the printer.
Q: Is the silicone food safe if I print with PLA?
A: The cover itself is heat-resistant silicone, but please note that 3D printed parts are generally not considered food safe due to layer lines and potential bacteria growth, regardless of the cover.
Q: How do I clean this if it gets dirty?
A: You can simply wipe it down with a damp cloth once the printer has completely cooled down. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
Q: Does this interfere with the part cooling fan?
A: No, the design leaves adequate clearance for standard part cooling fans and ducts used with MK7/8/9 setups.
Q: Will this fit a standard Creality Ender 3 hotend?
A: Yes, this cover is designed to fit MK8 heater blocks, which are standard on the Creality Ender 3 series.
Q: Can this withstand temperatures above 300°C?
A: While the silicone is high-quality, we recommend not exceeding the rated 300°C limit to ensure longevity and safety.
