Great pen, but eraser needs firm pressure
The writing experience is smooth and the 0.5mm tip is precise. Just note that you have to rub the eraser tip fairly hard to generate enough heat to make the ink disappear completely.

Solid everyday pen
Nice grip and the click action is quiet. The erasing feature is fun and functional for drafting notes. Would recommend keeping a spare set since the refills run out faster than standard gel pens.

Best study supply purchase
Bought a bulk pack for my tutoring center. Kids in grades 3 through 5 find them easy to hold and operate. The retractable mechanism is sturdy and hasn't broken yet.

Perfect for my third grader!
My daughter loves these pens. She makes a lot of mistakes in her homework, and being able to erase cleanly without smudging is a game changer. The blue ink is very vibrant.

Smooth writing and reliable erasing
I use these for journaling when I want a clean page. The black ink is deep and rich. It's satisfying to watch the words vanish when I rub the sponge tip back and forth.

Good but sensitive to heat
The pens work well for school, but be careful leaving them in a hot car. I left mine on the dashboard and the notes I wrote disappeared! They came back when I put the paper in the freezer though.

A: Yes, M&G sells compatible erasable gel refills separately. Please ensure you purchase the 0.5mm ST tip version for the best fit.
Q: Why did my writing disappear when I left the notebook in the sun?
A: The ink reacts to heat. Temperatures above 60°C (140°F) can cause the ink to become transparent. Cooling the paper usually makes the writing reappear.
Q: Is this pen suitable for left-handed writers?
A: Absolutely. The quick-drying formula minimizes smearing, which is often a concern for left-handed users. The ergonomic grip also helps reduce hand fatigue.
Q: Is the ink waterproof before it is erased?
A: No, the heat-erasable ink is water-soluble. If it gets wet before being erased, the ink may smear or wash away.
