Fast printing game changer
The volcano nozzle really shines when you need to print large props quickly. Layer adhesion is still good even at higher flow rates. Very happy with this purchase.

Solved my under-extrusion issues

Perfect drop-in replacement
This hotend assembly saved me hours of troubleshooting. It fit my Ender 3 perfectly right out of the box. The volcano nozzle allows for much faster printing speeds without clogging.

Solid build quality
The aluminum block feels sturdy and the threading on the nozzle is precise. I've run it at 240°C for PETG with no issues. Make sure to select the correct voltage jumper for your printer.

Easy installation for beginners
I was worried about installing this myself, but the pre-assembled nature made it very simple. Just removed the old one, screwed this in, and connected the wires. Works great with PLA.

Great value but fan is loud
The heating performance is excellent and temperature stability is spot on. My only complaint is that the included 4010 fan is a bit louder than the stock one, but it cools effectively.
Q: What is the length of the Bowden tube included?
A: This listing is for the hotend assembly only and does not include a new Bowden tube. You can reuse your existing tube or purchase one separately if yours is worn out.
Q: Does this come with the silicone sock for the heater block?
A: Yes, this assembly includes a high-temperature silicone sock to help maintain consistent heat and protect the heater block.
Q: How do I switch between 12V and 24V for the fan?
A: The fan connector has a small jumper cap. Placing the jumper on the two pins closest to the fan wire sets it to 12V, while moving it to the other set of pins sets it to 24V. Please check the diagram included in the package.
Q: Is the thermistor compatible with the standard Ender 3 mainboard?
A: Absolutely. It uses a standard NTC 100K thermistor which is fully compatible with the stock Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, and CR-10 series mainboards.
Q: Can I use this with ABS filament?
A: While the hotend can reach the necessary temperatures for ABS, we recommend using an enclosed printer chamber for best results. The PTFE tube inside is rated up to 260°C.
