Good but requires tuning
Works well once dialed in, but I had to adjust my pressure advance settings slightly to get the same surface finish as the brass nozzle. Not a dealbreaker, just something to note.

Seamless replacement
My original nozzle wore out after printing too much glow-in-the-dark filament. This replacement fits perfectly and the detachable design makes future swaps incredibly fast.

Essential for engineering materials
If you plan on printing PC or ABS regularly, this is a must-have. The thermal stability is noticeably better than the stock brass nozzle setup.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
Finally upgraded to the hardened steel hotend and it handles carbon fiber PLA without any issues. The installation was straightforward following the official guide.

Great upgrade but pricey
The build quality is excellent and temperatures are stable up to 280C. Only giving 4 stars because the price is a bit steep compared to third-party options, but you get what you pay for in reliability.

Saved my printer
Accidentally ran some dirty filament through my old hotend and clogged it badly. This replacement assembly got me back up and running in under 20 minutes. Highly recommended.
Q: Can I use this with standard PLA at low temperatures?
A: Absolutely. While it is designed for high temperatures and abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA at typical printing temperatures.
Q: How difficult is the installation process?
A: The process is modular and user-friendly. You simply remove the old assembly and plug in the new one. We recommend watching the official tutorial video before starting.
Q: Does this come with a new silicone sock?
A: Yes, the package includes a new high-temperature silicone sock pre-installed on the heater block.
Q: What is the lifespan of the hardened steel nozzle?
A: The lifespan varies based on usage, but hardened steel nozzles typically last 5 to 10 times longer than brass nozzles when printing abrasive filaments.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this Extruder 3.0 assembly is specifically designed for the X1C, P1P, and P1S models. The A1 series uses a different extruder mechanism.
