Good warmth, stays on well
The adhesive is strong enough to stay on my shirt without sliding down. It gets quite warm, so I usually put it on over a thin t-shirt rather than directly on skin. Lasted about 5 hours for me.

A: While the patch is designed to be skin-safe, we recommend applying it to your underwear or a thin layer of clothing if you have sensitive skin. This prevents potential irritation from the adhesive or excessive heat.
Q: How long does it take for the patch to start heating up?
A: Once you open the individual package and expose the patch to air, it typically begins to generate heat within 10 to 15 minutes. The temperature will gradually rise to its peak.
Q: What should I do if the patch feels too hot?
A: If you feel the heat is uncomfortable, please remove the patch immediately. Do not reapply it. You can place it on a non-flammable surface to cool down before disposing of it.
Q: Can pregnant women use this product?
