Good quality, runs slightly small
The material feels premium and the stitching is solid. Just note that if you have a larger neck, you might find the max extension a bit tight. Otherwise, great product.
Q: How rigid is the support? Is it hard plastic?
A: No, there is no hard plastic. The support comes from high-density memory foam molded into a V-shape. It provides firm guidance to keep your head up while remaining comfortable against the skin.
Q: Will this fit a child?
A: This brace is designed for adult neck sizes (12-18 inches circumference). It may be too large for children. We suggest measuring the child's neck before purchasing or looking for our pediatric line.
Q: Is the cover machine washable?
A: The cover is removable via the velcro straps. We recommend hand washing with mild detergent and air drying to preserve the elasticity and fabric integrity. Machine washing is not advised.
Q: Does this come in different colors?
A: Currently, the Official Flagship Store offers this model in Charcoal Grey only to ensure a professional and discreet appearance suitable for business environments.
